Ramada International has signed a franchise agreement with us to brand one of our beach properties under their name with management done by Aitken Spence.

Giving us more global credence, OTIS appointed Aitken Spence as their sole agent in 1989. Otis Elevator Co., a wholly-owned subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation, is the world's largest manufacturer, installer and maintainer of elevators, escalators, moving walkways and other people-moving systems.
 
UTC is the 20th largest manufacturer in the U.S., which is present in over 4000 locations in 62 countries. We are responsible for distribution of all OTIS products in Sri Lanka and the Maldives.

In Financial Services too, our corporate standing has been recognised as principal agents in Sri Lanka for Western Union Money Transfer, the leading provider in global money transfer services. Western Union with its affiliates operate through a network of more than 305,000 agent locations in over 200 countries and territories.

We feel privileged to be associated with some of the world’s largest shipping lines. In a new enterprise in South Africa, we ventured into the field of efficiency improvement and port management services in Durban, the busiest port in Africa and operated by Transnet, the biggest player in the Southern African transport arena. We are considering similar ventures with several port operators internationally.
